Terms of Service

Booking modalities

Your booking is binding once you have confirmed your reservation in writing.

Move into the apartment

Your apartment is available for you from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 6 p.m., we ask for information in advance.


There are 9 underground parking spaces as well as outdoor parking spaces available free of charge. 1 parking space is provided for small apartments (up to 4 people) and 2 parking spaces for large apartments (5 people or more). If more space is required, please clarify with reception whether more parking spaces can be used.


The apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Then you are welcome to deposit your luggage with us free of charge so that you can still enjoy your last day of vacation in the Montafon.

Late check-out is possible until 5 p.m., but only subject to availability and at an additional cost.


You are welcome to pay the bill on departure in cash, with an EC card or with Visa or Mastercard. Or you can pay for your stay before the start of your journey by means of a bank transfer free of charge to our bank account at Oberbank Salzburg, IBAN: AT70 1500 0001 2163 4620 / BIC: OBKLAT2L.

For bookings over Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Mardi Gras, a deposit of 30% will be charged. When paying a deposit, we ask you to enter your name and length of stay in the purpose of use.

Pet policy

Your dog is very welcome with us! Please make sure that your dog is house trained and insured.

Cancellation conditions

In the event of a cancellation up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, we do not charge a cancellation fee. With 29 – 7 days before arrival we allow ourselves to charge 70% of your booking amount.

From 7 days before arrival we have to charge you 90% of your booking, in case of “no show” the total amount according to the reservation will be charged.


Down payments are only invoiced for the high season (Christmas, New Year and Mardi Gras).

When booking in the high season mentioned above, a deposit of 30% of the invoice amount must be made within 14 days (received) after the reservation confirmation has been sent. The guest bears the costs for the money transaction (e.g. transfer fees).

In exceptional cases, down payments for reservations outside of the high season times mentioned above can be requested (e.g. when booking several apartments), provided this is done at least 2 months before the day of arrival.

If the deposit is not received within 14 days after the reservation confirmation has been sent, the accommodation provider has the right to cancel the reservation.

Provision of replacement accommodation

The accommodation provider can provide the guest with adequate alternative accommodation (of the same quality) if there are objectively justified reasons.

Objectively justified reasons exist, for example, if the apartment has become unusable, guests who have already been accommodated extend their stay, or there is an overbooking or other, important, operational measures require this step.

The additional expenses for the replacement accommodation are at the expense of the accommodation provider.

Trip cancellation insurance

Unforeseen events that prevent your vacation can occur quickly.
