With the e-bike & MTB through the Montafon

We can already look forward to our first regular guests: Andrea & Josef are visiting the adler alpen apartments **** for the second time. After a snowy winter holiday, they decided in summer to explore the Montafon with friends on 3 days by e-bike and mountain bike. And as a little extra they added a visit to the Bregenz Festival. They have put together their most beautiful routes for you:

Our recommendation: 3 days – 3 tours

Day 1: To get in the mood, we start directly behind the apartments on the Bartholomäberg and enjoy the view from the panorama path, which – if desired – can be driven into the Silbertal. In Innerberg we turn right down the valley and drive to Ausser Valley and then back to Schruns.

Length: 14km; Altitude meters: 465; Duration: approx. 2 hours

Day 2: Part of the Wasserstubental tour leads us to the Hasahüsli snack station. A rustic hut with a fantastic RunDum view and Kaiserschmarren! Apart from that, not only we, but also our e-bikes were able to recharge our batteries here. We continue through the Wasserstubental to the Sonnkopf – a crisp ascent! It goes downhill into the Klostertal and then back to Schruns – after this day the wellness area comes just as requested!

Length: 59.3km; Altitude meters: 1345; Duration: approx. 4 hours

Bike & Hike: To the Lindauer Hütte and on to the Öfapass

Day 3: Today we collect vertical meters! We drive via Vandans to the Lindauer hut. On the way there is a wonderful view of the Rätikon – Drusenfluh, the three towers and Sulzfluh tower in front of us. After the first 1,000 m ascent we reach the hut. Fully motivated, we continue on foot to the Öfapass, which can be reached in about an hour. We return to the Lindauer Hütte and look forward to an excellent lunch! In terms of cuisine and ambience, the Lindauer Hütte is really to be recommended.

Length: 34 km; Altitude meters: 1688; Duration: approx. 6 hours

Bregenz Festival included

Day 4: Relaxation is the order of the day. After a hearty breakfast on our sun terrace, we drive to Bregenz and attend a performance of the Bregenz Festival – a nice end to an eventful weekend!

E-bike in the Montafon
